Are Symptoms ALS

Hi-
I am a 40 year old female who has developed a series of problems the past 2 years.  I have always had asthma and my breathing has gotten worse the past 1 1/2 years.  My current PFT reveals a FVC at 72% and a ERV at 50%. These results have been pretty much the same for the past year and half with the exception of the erv which decreased from 58 % 6 months ago.  I am approx 35 lbs overweight and only 4' 11" and my doctor feels this is the reason for these results.  I also developed severe acid reflux out of the blue 2 years ago and was recently diagnosed with Gastroparesis. I am on Domperidone which has been very effective in reducing the symptoms including acid reflux.   I also have trouble emptying my bowel.  I have the urge to go but do not seem to be able to completely empty it.  This started in the last month.  Finally, I have developed fasciculations all over my body the past month.  I have them mainly on my eyes when closed, calves and forearms; however, they appear everywhere.  They seem to come and go in intensity but they always seem to be there especially at night.  I have mild weakness in my right hand which I have had for awhile.  I attribute that to working in a pizza shop where I use my hands repetively( beginning of carpal tunnel maybe).  My question is that, I know that fasciculations in the absence of muscle wasting/weakness is usually nothing to be concerned about.  However, does the gastroparesis count as muscle weakness?  If so, would it get better with medications if it were something like ALS?  What about the breathing problem?  Does that consitute muscle weakness and if so, would it remain fairly steady for about a year if it were ALS or some other degenerative disease?  I really appreciate your input in this matter.
