Concerned about twitching

Hi, I'm a 22 year old male who's recently been experiencing a lot of twitching. All over, just within the past 4-5 days. They are in my eyelid, arms, legs, neck, occasionally my hand, and my feet. The most frequent one is in my left foot. I am very concerned about ALS, obviously.

I do not feel weak at all, as I lift weights in my workout routine and nothing has changed there. Today I noticed some shooting pains in my hands. Back in May, I had a burning feeling in my legs which my doctor later told me was caused by pericarditus. After an MRI just to make sure, he prescribed me naproxen and the burning stopped. He said the MRI was completely normal.

Do you guys think that if I had ALS it would have shown up then? i know it was a few months ago but it's still pretty recent? I am just really worried. I am also concerend that this might be caused by this anti-balding DHT blocking hair serum I use..... what do you guys think??
