Could I have ALS?

Hello guys I am 20 years old. I am a little hipochondriac but I am really worried that i might have ALS. Many doctors dont believe me i have all these symptoms and that i might have als. It all started with weakness in my right leg and right arm which progressed a little. But it doesnt go away for 2 weeks now, My right arm is really shaky when i hold something because some of my muscles begin to shake. I still have power.... I test my power i have it but my arms feels so exhausted. My right leg also feels the same waty. The whoel quadriceps (mainly the quadriceps ) feels so stiff and weak that also sometimes shake when i do precise movements but when i walk i feel it weaker and when i climb stairs i really feel it like its gets tired faster than the left much faster. I also had some symptoms of dysphagia and sometimes i fell neauseas when i lie down but this could be stomach problem or anxiety problem. My question is what are the chances to have ALS ? I already did na MRI which was clear but ALS isnt seen on MRI :(

Sounds like you're symptoms could be Graves disease. I have your symptoms as well and I'm being evaluated for Graves.

See if you have any of the below (you have the weakness already, so I won't mention that):
*palpatations/rapid heart rate
*mood swings/irritability
*fatigue
*night sweats/chills
*heat intolerance
*joint pain
*increased appetite but weight loss

I also have some muscle twitching but i dont consider that as a symptom. The most scary one is the "weakness" in the throat at least i feel it like this. But i think it sometimes comes sometimes goes i am not sure its constant so that might not be a symptom of ALS
