Do I have ALS? Is this ALS?

I am a 21 year old, white male, and I have been experiencing some odd symptoms lately. I've been more aware of twitches around my body. Including my feet, arms, and face on occasion. I also feel like I have lost a significant amount of weight in my hands and wrists. I am very overweight and not on a diet plan so there isn't any other weight loss in other places. I have anxiety, I have had GAD since high school and I started treatment but I never followed through with it. I quit counseling and medication, and my mental and physical health has deteriorated since. Other symptoms seem to be a constant shakiness or tingling in my legs and arms. I've done too much research on ALS and I am extremely worried about this terrible disease. This is the first time I have ever posted a question on a site like this so forgive the informality.
