EXTREMELY SCARED

Im really REALLY think I have als. I'm an 18 year old female. It first started with heavy shoulders. The left one first started feeling heavy then in a few days the right one felt a drop as well. My hands have a tremor and are always shaking from weakness. My right shoulder is completely wasting. There's barely any muscle on but I can still lift both my arms. I have no grip strength though. I have constant twitching in both arms and just now I have a fluttering twitch in my right calf. My wrists drop and I can barely hold heavy things anymore. I also have shortened breath. Can anyone help me out here?!
