stiff hands with a little tingling emg was normal been having chest pains stress test was normal but tilt test showed that my blood pressure drops when standing  but im getting to where my hands hurt and tingle  i cant bare the pain anymore no doctor seem to help can any body give some advice please

I have had numbness in my hands & face along with chest/abdominal pain for over 2 years and they still can't figure out what is going on. I have had 2 stress tests (both normal) 2 EMGs done to look for Nerve damage/Carpal tunnel, all negative.  I have been tested for Lyme, Lupus, RA, Fibromylagia (fibromyalgia), Porphyia, anything out of the ordinary and nothing.  I would have them check for the things I listed; some of these list symptoms that you have.  Hang in there.
