First, if these symptoms are at left side then it may be a heart condition like angina, peripheral vascular disorder (circulatory disorder) or may be gastritis, however these conditions need ruling out with the help of a doctor. Additionally, It may be associated with nerve impingement (after injury/compression) at arm or hand.
