does this mean anything

does this mean anything

I have had many seemingly unrelated symptoms but together they really are starting to bother me. If any of the following touch a cord with anyone please let me know if there is something I can do about it.

I am a 35 year old female.

I am experiencing:

Hot flashes (feels like heating from the inside out)
Hair loss
Constant Fatigue
Severe and constant muscle fasciculation in my right calf (for over a year)
Charlie horses in the same calf frequently
Muscle weakness (rubbery feeling) in my thighs
A general lack of interest in anything

I thought I was depressed due to my fatigue and lack of interest, so I saw a psychiatrist and am now on Effexor. The depression has improved slightly, but I am still tired all of the time and have no interest in any of my old hobbies.

Hi,
I am a 36 yo female who has also had a fasciculation in my right calf for about a year.  It hasn't gone away.  I had an EMG/NCS both were negative.  I get fasciculations all over my body.  Rt. eye, other calf, shoulders etc. My  ring finger on my right hand looks like it drops alittle and is weaker than the other hand, I had an EMG on that also and it was negative.  I don't know where else to turn.  It drives me crazy.  Good luck
