fine localized twitching

Hi,
I've been twitching for 22.5 months widespread and been dx with BCFS by 2 neuro's.
However for a week I've got this really fine localized NON STOP twitch going on in my upper back. I always heard this kind of twitches are more als related.
Could this still be ALS???

you will never get a solid answer. it take a year or two of follow up emg/ncs to really know. i have had these simular problems but due to never entrapment and spine problems. i have a neck surgeries to fix three levels in my cervical but without much sucess. i have what is called cervical radiculopathy and facet joint disease. many conditions can mimic als but that still may not make you feel at ease, but i hope that it dose. get you spine checked with mri and or myelogram ct. you may have problems without even having neck or back pain.
