Everything will just start to feel easier. For me it literally felt like a weight was being lifted off my shoulders.

Sounds like you have experienced healing. Thank you for that!

I too feel a lifting of the spirits. Just sometimes not too sure whether the lifting out-weighs the sinking. I'm hoping that the mood tracker will help me get a broader viewpoint.

This is my first time ever on forums. I'm a little unfamiliar with it all. So thank you again for making it easier.

You're Welcome. The sinking will go away with time.

You will know you are healing when you reject abuse as a habit.

I think you are right there ...

Not only when you are on the receiving end of it!! Mostly I endeavour to question my own moods and agendas.

Forcing opinions on others who are unwilling to accept them, is also abusive. I truly believe that unconsciously we invite our circumstances into our own lives.

It's awakening the subconscious and raising those hidden beliefs into consciousness that is for me the key to a happier life. Painful as it sometimes is, I still push through to gain understanding. Sometimes it comes more easily than others. Confronting painful truths about oneself takes compassion and huge amount of insight, as we strip away our defences.

We all have the knowledge and power. I guess it boils down to intention and willingness to travel into unknown territory, far, far away from our usual comfort zone.
