what kind of a consiquence should a 12 year old boy which is the brother to the victim who is 3 get for saying he sextrually perpitrated his sister hes done this in the past to his younger brother and he is in an institue but gets to come home for holidays and is still doing it which it is 2 years now something needs to be done but what

Was he put in the institute because he molested her ? if so I am surprised that he spends holidays' in the same house

Is there any evidence that he actually molested anyone? What do the presumably molested children say?

tink,  I agree with margy except I guess I don't understand what you are actually saying.

Is he SAYING he molested her,  and kind of bragging about a past incident,   or is he ACTUALLY remolesting her?

If he's actually continuing to molest her in your home when he's a known sexual offender,  chances are good you as parents will be charged with a crime and your children will be removed from your home.

If he's just talking about it too much,  I don't know what consequences should be.

Why is he left alone with any children never mind one as young as 3yearold, he should be supervised all the time ,he shouldnt be coming home at all .,I am surprised that it is allowed .
