Ok so i go to my doc today well last mo i was short $60dollar's so they told me i could pay the next thursday an i went and paid,NO RECIPT from last visit so they said when i got there after being there with a very sick child and my 3yr old they wouldn't be able to see me unless i pd $250 that would be 2visit's so my husband ended up paying it.One of the women that worked there said i pd nothing lst mo and i did and she knew i did so she lied rite in my face when i got to the bk in the room the doc's aid or nurse whatever his pen was messed up he say's ****'' never took my blood pressure anything and use to everytime they are very meen to me and i don't have a doc anywhere else and they say the only other place to get sub's is Dallas so i can't go there i never see the doc anymore only thefirst2 times never again so i have a doc's office that is screwing me im so pissed off i really didn't know wee else to come so i came here those ppl wee so so nice @first and then after abt the 4th mo they started getting shty i had NEVER been short b4 on paying excet the one time anway thank's kitty OH AND MY HUSBAND TINK'S I HAVE BEEN DOING PILL'S AGAIN NOW BECAUSE OF THERE LIES A DOC OFFICE FOR GOD SAKE WTF.

Well it is another wk and im still upset abt my doc office lying! I still have to go there i just want to never see those awful ppl again and the more ithink abt it the more i think i may just make the trip to dallas once a mo anyway thank's for listening!!!

I am not certain here you can call but you must be able to put in a complaint against them google your area with Complaints /medical ..something like that ,definatly throwing pens is abusive .

They can treat me that way because thy are theonly clinic so they say that has asuboxone docbesides in dallas,ifi didn't have athree yr old u canbetur ssi wud be makin tat trip to dallas it has been 3 day's since that visit and im still furious.They ae suppose to be saving the rcipt's for m husband for tax time so they don't give them to me the thing is th lady st the and jt ied and knw she waslyng boy im pissed they had said they couldn't see me then my husband gave them hi debt i wonder if there is anywhere i can call and lettheknow wha theaeppl are doing theare VERY nice the first couple of trip's and thn u get the **** treatent like isaid tey don' even ck my blood pressure anymore they write the script and act like they don't want u to say a word and this is after the women upfront one is a liar and one act's like she is Billy bad *** kinda bows up like a fighting fish god she is such a ***** she is the one that chunked the pen @me anyway any input on this would be nice.

Sounds like  a mean office that you are going to maybe a good idea to change your doctor if you can,its not a nice feeling to be treated so badly, I am sorry they speak ;like that to you ...

There is not a prob affording it 1 timei was short i alway's pay the full$150 everytime on time and as for the recipt's that is between them and the doc office.She didn't give me a recipt they are suppose to give my husband all of them for tax reason's and the day i s short i took the money bk to her thenext Thursday and she was the only one up front @the desk she was real nice an  i gave her th money and left and se know's i did wonder if she stuck it in her pocket!So yesterday she say's oh i remember u payed me nothig your last docvisit yes i was short very litte that day and rememberi took the money to her just like i told her the Thursday b4 that i would and i did so  she say's like i said oh i remember something u pd me nothing that day and said remember i was kinda upset abt it that is a freakin bold face lie. Im so pissed everytime i think abt it anyway my husband pd with his debt no choice i had a pain killer addiction so im seeing a suboxxone doc and that is a big joke also i have only seen him 2 times after several mo of going here they don't ck my blood pressure anymore ad the first time i went it was high they don't do anything but treat me VERY,VERY BAD the women even thru the pen down for me to sighn my paper's and talked to me VERY ugly and the nurse or whateverit is i see say's the f word and so do the women up front they don't do it in front of really anyone but me they are real nice to the really old ppl and to most the men anyway ok .kitty

I agree get some recipts or pay by check, if you cannot afford there are clinics in most towns , that are free, I have some friends give their spare time , a lot of the Illegal folks and many with out insurance go, so google if you ever need to for your nearest clinic, also some of the hospitals will help out...good luck to you

I have no proof of any of it but the lady know's i paid her she was standing in the office and no one else was in there she took the money and i thnk my husband is keeping all the visit's wrote down and thy are gong to give him the recipt's b4 he filed taxes anyway im not sure how they arranged that.So the cursing the getting treated like a pile of **** i should take that to i was sorrta nice considering today when they said they would not see me they pulled out recipt book's and all showed i pd nothing last mo anywayi don't think u get the picture it may be one of those thing's that u would have to be there to see what was REALLY going on unreal how a doc office can be so scrwed up and so so meen like i said not the first 2 mo but after that my med is almost 500 so idon't have time to play screw me out of my moneygame been there done that and i just relized im in a diffrent group im on the wrong forum oh well life grrr.

Why did you not get a receit when you paid?  If you paid in cash------- it would be very difficult for a person that works in an office that sees so many people to remember who paid a cash balance.  If a mistake happened and it wasn't recorded------- a receit would have solved that.  Do you have a bank withdrawel from that date of the amount (you could go on line and pull that up if you don't keep a check book)  or there abouts and then could talk to the office manager about it?  I'd go that route and rather than say they are lying say that they are mistaken. You may get a little farther with them that way.  good night
