Is it considered sexual abuse if a guy asks me if i got the key to my chastity belt yet?? IDK but it was mean. Also i have been raped by my own cousin for over 4 years. This may be why im so weird and messed up. :-/

You could do with telling your Mom what has happened to you and report your cousin, you are underage , its not good so speak to someone even a school counsellor. You can be helped but you have to ask and tell whats happening to you. Good Luck

It was never your fault for having been raped by your cousin.  He likely has made you believe it was and that he would make you or others pay if you told anybody.  This is his method to keep from getting caught, and making you feel so bad about yourself that you are ashamed to tell.  You are not alone in this happening to girls.  Many girls have been raped and verbally abused by guys.  The girls are no more at fault for this than if they were held up at a bank by a criminal and everything they had was taken from them.
It is important that you tell someone about this now.  This cousin has got to be stopped.  He is likely doing this to other girls too.  I don't know your age, or your cousin's age.  If he is 18 or older, he can be arrested for statutory rape of a minor.  I am assummming you are still a teen or younger.  Regardless of your ages, he needs to be arrested by the police.  Your family must protect you from him and anybody like him.  That includes the guy who asked about the key and your chastidy belt.  He needs his ears boxed, right between his legs with your knee.  If he has a brain, he will never approach you again.  Talk!  tell on them.  You need help.  You need protection.     K

I am sorry they didnt believe you, sometimes that happens its as if they dont want to believe it and live in Denial also are afraid of a family split, , do speak to someone regarding that kid, it is wrong, and he needs to be told by someone in authority to stop...let us know how it all goes, you do not have to put up with Harrassment ...

The first is not sexual abuse; the second is. By the way you do not indicate that the rape has terminated. Is it concentual? Legally I know it is rape, but that is not what I am asking. Has anyone taken legal action against him? If not, why not?

I just read your second entry. Since your parents don't believe you about your cousin, tell your teacher. She will take it from there.

To: Amanda1993,
Please tell someone your parents, school counselor, or grandparents.. Never keep secrets like that, it will just be damaging to you.. I dont agree your weird that comment was weird.

What that guy said is harrassment. Dont let anyone tell you that it is your fault. NONE of it is your fault. When you tell your school counselor about that boy also mention your cousin. He/she can get you help.
