What do i do?

Alright well this is hard to get out but im lost and need help. When i was a bit older than 3 my dad badly physically abused me, it has recently stopped but now hes been doing other stuff that i dont really understand. Hes mad if i want to leave the house and often will give me the silent treatment and/or yell at me. But then he'll all of a sudden apologize and hug me. The hugs linger and he wanders his hands down my back and sides. He likes to touch my hips and bottom and lower stomach and asks me to lay in bed with him. When i tell him to stop he does but what do i do? My brother has also started to touch me sort of like that, but he 'tickles' me.

Grab the bull by the horns and refuse to see him because of this.
You know that it's wrong.
Stand up for yourself.
You're old enough. Talk to your mom about talking to a therapist about how this has made you feel.
You don't want this to affect what type of men you become involved with, and it does affect kids, trust me.

You are worth the effort honey. You are close to being an adults, and as such are old enough to look after yourself and your needs.
PLEASE talk to a female therapist who are equipped to help you, even as your mother is not.

I'm gonna try and tell her. She knows about the physical but not the knew stuff, i was hoping it would stop on its own

Ah sweetie, can you tell your mother? I have no doubt that you love your Dad, but what you are receiving is not love. You need to get out of this situation as soon as possible.
