Maybe if you're not having any luck on here and are too scared to ask a professional on person you could call the abuse hotline.

Hi Sarah,

Many of us have experienced abuse in many forms.  You are welcome at anytime to talk, when you feel you are ready.  I am here to listen when that moment arrives.  I am not a professional, but I have worked many years with women dealing with domestic violence.  I just want you to know that nobody has a right to touch you without your permission.  I also want you to know that there are many women and girls who have been the victims of domestic violence.  You are not alone in this.  Part of healing is beginning to tell your story to somebody you trust, who is truly able to give you good advice and protection.  The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a good start, and there are local women help centers who can offer you one-on-one counseling, and protection if needed.  Their number is in your phone book, or listed through the hospital Emergency Room, the Police Dept. Churches, Welfare office, etc.  Somebody can get you the help you seek.  You do not have to suffer in silence.  There is help out there for you and it is confidential.              K
