my boyfriend of 5 months has a 7 years old daughter which he lives with and often i go to spend the weekends with him. somethings when I'm at his house and he goes to tell his daughter good night, i will over head her saying "Daddy no kissing". Today while he and i was in bed 30 minutes after having sex laying in bed naked cover with two blankets and his back is turn to me and I'm facing his back,  his daughter comes in the room and lays in front of him, i quickly wore my under cloths and a shot pant and he covered his privates part with one of the blanket and she covers herself with the other blanket and lays in front of him and covers her head with the blanket, i put one of my arm on his waist and he also covered his head with the blanket his daughter head was cover with but my head was not under the blanket, his daughter started turning and twisting under the blanket so i  lifted up my head to see what's going on and he took is head from under the blanket,  while all that is going on he is slowly pushing his butt in front, my heart skipped its beat and i touch his penis and he was erected, i angrily woke up from the bed and he called my name twice but i didn't answered, then i told him to come outside that i wanted to talk to him but i could see that he was very nervous and when i ask him why did he erect when his daughter was laying in front of him, he got angry and said he want us to brake up.

I can't tell what's going on under the covers there.   It's hard to get a picture of who was where,  how close they were,  what does "slowly pushing his butt in front mean".  If you're saying they were having sex,  I can't tell.

If they were just near each other and he got an erection,  well men get erections during proctologist exams with old men doctors.  I wouldn't think much of that.

But if they were having some kind of sexual behavior,  i agree with caregiver.

This does sound like sexual ,behavior and the child needs to be protected ., the mother of the child should be made aware and like wise child services .

I replied to your other thread. Your gut is telling you something is wrong. Listen to it.

You need to contact Children's Protective Services (or the equivalent in your area) report EXACTLY what you observed as objectively as possible without giving an opinion and let them take it from there.

The social workers at CPS will investigate what is happening and take action if needed.

@ RockRose, i was laying at his back and his daughter was laying in front of him, when i say pushing his butt in front i mean" like for example usually when the two of us are sleeping or laying down and he is facing my back or butt, he pushes or presses his butt against my butt when he's horny or want to have sex, this time i notice him doing that same thing but it was a bit slower, i guess so won't notice and all that happen in a course of 10 minutes. even though his daughter had clothes on, my greatest question is why did he allow his 7 years old daughter to get in the bed with us while we were naked and why did he erect cause he wasn't erected before she got in the bed.

Yes and I still think its a sign of abuse  and this child should be protected . Seek some further legal advice or call protective services ,
