Hi im worried about my husband  friday afternoon my husband was arrested for domestic vilence we had got in an argument and both of us hit each other i still wanna be with him the police are talking about charging him for a felony cause im preg if he is procuted how long will he be there i really miss him and need sum support

As always its the children that will suffer, they are seeing this play out , I suggest that you both get anger management help, these children will suffer and it does follow them all their lives the fear they feel when they see and hear confrontation that becomes abuse .

Why would both of be taken to jail we have a 2 year old the witness is the one the called the police i never wanted to charge him we both love each other and of course we are going to take classes

I don't know how long he will "be there" but the bigger issue is,  what will his record reflect - that he can't get a good job after committing a felony.

In any case, both of you need to take anger management classes and stop behaving like this.  Best case,  BOTH of you would have been taken to jail for your violence.

U can ask to have the charges dropped. That's what happend to my cousin and she was pregnant at the time too. But if you don't mind let me give you some advice; don't take any of this to the heart I'm just trying to help and give my opinion.

A man should NEVER put his hands on any woman. Especially if she's pregnant.
I understand u love him but u have a baby to think of now. Please do what's riqht and get help for u and him
