i was sexually abused as a child because of which the skin around my *** hole tore ,suddenly it has started aching a lot ,i go through unbearable pain please help me!!!! please suggest me what type of doctor should i visit?

A regular Doctor can treat this.  there is special medication to numb and heal and it often happens due to constipation.  So do not worry about going to the Doctor.  It is a common problem.
