When I was around 8 I was raped by my step dad. he would do it everytime he would get drunk. He always told me my mom would never believe me. So I never told her. Now I'm 17, and I told my boyfriend the situation that happened, he pretty much said either I told my mom or he'd tell the cops. So ifinally told her. And my stepdad was right, she didn't believe a word I said. She made me take a date rape test, whicb came out negative. (Of course after a long time and he didn't pop my cherry)
My mom pretty much hates me and said I was no longer her daughter.. what can I do?

I'm not quite sure I understand all that happened here - a date rape test is a test to test for date rape drugs in drinks.    It's like a paper litmus thing you put in the drink to test for GHB and other drugs.  I think maybe you're talking about a rape kit that was done at a medical facility and it seems they would surely not perform one on an assault that occurred 9 years ago,   although it seems likely they'd agree to perform a physical exam to see if your hymen was still intact.  

I don't know where you go from here.  I don't think any jurisdiction would take up this case against your stepdad,  considering the only evidence that exists in this case is an intact hymen,  so you're kind of left without recourse.

I think you must be able to see both sides of this - your side,  and your mother's side.  

I don't know if time will heal this.  In the meantime,  I read your profile and prayers for you that you're not pregnant,  and that you get through this crisis with your mother.

I am sorry its sad she didnt take your side , many live in denial ,your story unfortunatly is all too real. Are you still living at home ? Perhaps when you are 18 it would be best to find your own place , I cant imagine it will be happy living with them, is he still there, maybe speaking to someone professional would help ..good luck

This is a terrible thing that you have had to experiance and now it has been made worse by the fact that your mother dont believe you,you should report this to the police,he has probably done this before and probably since he has to be dealt with,just remember you are the victim here not your mother,and if she chooses a sick rapist over you then so be it,but you can still get the help and support you need to get through this.
