Hi. It is not unusual to have a temporary worsening of acne when starting a new regime, as unseen pimples come to the surface. Using over the counter preparations at the same time as topical clindamycin can increase the risk of irritation so just stick with the one topical product plus your oral antibiotics. Use a bland cleanser such as Physiological Cleanser by La Roche-Posay (I know I always say that, but I really do recommend it)
Eloise.
