2nd round off accutane

So I have been off of my 2nd round of Accutane for 3 weeks now. On this second time my face was clear the entire treatment. Now 3 weeks off and on differin- I have had 2 pimples. Yes I know it does not sound like a big deal but is it normal to get a pimple now and then after accutane, or is this a sign of it coming back??

Hi Rachel.
It is unusual to relapse within just 3 weeks as the Accutane is still in your body. Sometimes starting Differin can cause an initial breakout (just like Accutane can, as they're both retinoids).
Did you also stop birth control pills? When we spoke before I think you were taking Ortho Tri-cyclen but planning to come off it?

No I actually want to stay on birth control. I am really concerned though. Like my face was clear the entire 2nd course and I break out with 3 pimples?? Wow Is my acne really that resistant? Hope it goes away. I am about to start my period but I dont think that should matter....:(
