36 years old

Im a 36 year old male that for th first time in my life just ha a major break out on my forehead. Its about 9-10 little pimples that are red with white pus. Why at this age would this be happening? Could something be wrong?

It could be from contact with something greasy that you don't remember.  It could be a nutritional deficit.  I suppose it could be a food allergy.  

Is your skin oily now?  Or are the breakouts on skin that is more dry?
