4 year old with pimples appereaing all over body

My 4 year old son first had 1 pimple on chest in got very hard and ***** doctor gave antibiotic cream and liqid to drink and told me to press puss out then all the sudden he had 2 more on his chest and stomach than one on back now he is getting one on his finger and they all have been whit ***** hard pimple . What can this be why is he getting these pimple ?? please help I am very concerned.

This does not sound like childhood acne due to the uncommon positions of the pimples such as the finger and stomach.
Did your doctor give you any diagnosis?
What oral medication was prescribed?
How long has he had these pimples and does he have any other symptoms?

My 4 year old daughter has a couple on her nose. Our doctor said they were just over-active oil glands that are just starting to form at this age and that it's not anything to worry about. I was able to "pop" one of them and it hasn't come back, but there is another one that is getting a bit bigger and she won't let me touch it.

My daughter had something that sounded like exactly what you are talking about. My dermatologist said it was Molluscum  something. It was horrible, everytime one popped 3 more appeared.

I finally got some homeopathic product with silver in it and it worked great. I will look around and see if we have any left so I can post the name of it.

I was able to pop the big one last night. Now it just looks like a regular pimple and I expect it to heal like normal.
