Accutane

Is it ok to take fish oil supplements while taking accutane? and also can you tell me a multivitamin without vitamin A i can take?

Check with your dermatologist, doctor or pharmacist before taking any other products with accutane. Most multivitamins only contain small amounts of vitamin A but other contents such as zinc or iron may interfer with absorption of tablets. Instead i would try to get all your vitamins from a healthy diet unless you are deficient in a certain vitamin in which case ask your doctor to prescribe that single vitamin. I cannot find any information on fish oils, the official things that interact with accuatne are: Tetracycline antibiotics, skin drying preparations and of course vitamin A. Loiloi x
