Alright,
I used to have pretty much noticeable acne all over my face but I bought a set of products that made them go away in as little as about a week.

I bought:
Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser
Benzoyl Peroxide Gel (Walgreens)
and a typical Moisturizer

First, apply the Facial Cleanser on the affected area and pat-dry it with a towel.
Then, rub in the benzoyl peroxide gel into the affected area until it looks like it's been absorbed- make sure there is no white parts left.
After that, wait a few minutes until the benzoyl peroxide is completely dried and absorbed, then apply Moisturizer (this is to avoid irritation to the skin which may have been caused by the benzoyl peroxide gel).

All of this only takes a few minutes, and you should apply little at first and then gradually increase the dose.

Also, this should be done once a day at first, then slowly to two times a day, once in the morning and once before you sleep (12 hours apart would be ideal).
I do this after I brush my teeth, in the morning and at night.
Ever since I've used this, I have had extremely amazing results and completely clear skin.
