Acne pimples or Something else?

I have these large red bumps that appear in various places on my body, Arm, thigh, stomach, back  But its not like a normal pimple or a sort of acne its one large red bump that pops like if its a boil. I do not mean to pop it just when i feel something I make give it a small squeeze and it will pop just like that. I dont even squeeze very hard. Its big and soft and when air gets into the hole from which it popped everything gets all hard underneath.  About thumb nail size.

I tried one day to drain it using a needle and rag and rubbing alcohol, when I did this i put the needle into the center of it. I felt no pain at all I didnt even realize it went in so i pressed it further untill i felt a really sharp pain. A good amount of puss and a small mixture of blood came out. I was thinking it reminded me of a cyst.
But it does have some puss most of it ends up being blood. This will bleed for a good 5 or 6 minutes and theirs enough blood to make a good sized hand full of blood. After its popped all their is left is a big flab of skin that remains. I try to dry it up with the rubbing alcohol after I had done this.

Don't pop or squeeze skin lesions. This will spread bacteria under the skin leading to further lesions in the same place. It can also cause secondary infection, delayed healing time and even scarring.
Acne occurs on oil-rich areas of skin such as the face, back and chest. What you describe does not sound like acne. Repost this in the Dermatology Forum.
