Has this rash occured as a result of topical acne medications? Use a bland cleanser, I highly recommend Physiological gel by La Roche-Posay (order it online if no stockist by you).
Does the rash respond to allergy medication such as Piriton (anti-histamine tablets)? These are available without prescription, always read the label.
Topical steroids (such as hydrocortisone) can help allergic rashes, but should be used with caution in acne patients since they can make acne worse.
Eloise.
