Acne Scars and large pores treatment

I am 26 years old and suffered from adult acne until recently and have been acne free for about 1 month now. However, this has resulted in large pores and some darker spots on my face. Can you recommend a topical solution for this? I would prefer something topical and not a laser or expensive chemical peel.
I do not mind prescription treatments for this, but I'd like to know what is out there.

Clinique make a product called Post-blemish formula which fades the dark spots left behind after acne and discourages new ones from forming. They also make a pore-minimiser.
Estee Lauder's Idealist skin refinisher is also good for making large pores smaller. Their foaming cleanser for normal skin gives a real soap-and-water clean and their exfoliator for normal skin will help turn your skin over more quickly.
There are two inexpensive scar formulas which also reduce pigmentation; Bio-oil and Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula.
The dark spots left behind by acne are usually superficial and fade within a year. If they do not they are then considered permanent scarring and laser treatment or microdermabrasion is indicated to remove them.
I cannot see from your profile if you are female. If you are and you wear make-up i would recommend Estee Lauder's Maximum coverage foundation or Elizabeth Arden's Flawless finish full coverage foundation. These will conceal all imperfections and give you more confidence.

i have acne since 16yrs they leave spots of pink and often re appear at the same place i have used so many ointments but there was no use please help me out they look very ugly

I am a native american age 40 I had bad Acne in my teenage years with Lg pore and know I have dark spot on my forehead very noticeable and on My check bones. I did have smooth skin need help on how to clear this up.
