Acne? Spots? Bumps ? In My beard

I am 27 year old afro Caribbean Londoner with a full beard, for the last year I have been getting acne like bumps on the jawline part of my face causing hair loss.I usually exploiate my face and they dry out but they always come back in the same places.I tried hot towels, applying olive oil etc but nothing gets rid of them permanently which would allow  my beard to have continuous growth.
What usually happens it appears as a  small hard lump and sometimes turns to  cyst with puss if scratched or touched,i think its a ingrowing hair but its not.
They show up in a batch of three or four together in my cheek area going backwards towards my jawline..My chin grows fine as well as the top part of my beard sideburns downwards.That affected area irritates when touched is very sore.Im so depressed about it cause I love my beard.please i need some help
