Acne after a week ot two of waxing?

Hello :)

I can't seem to find a solution to this, many people seem to have slight pimples after they shave/wax directly or after a day or two... but I often don't have that! Mine only come a week or two later!! And they come out horribly big, unlike the little pimples that can (rarely) come directly after...

I get them on my arms when I wax there... anything I could do to prevent them from appearing? I tried a cream that works for pimples (starts with F can't remember the name) and it worked only for pimples not for the horrible acne that I get...

Would accutane prevent them from appearing again?
