Acne again

I am 25 and never had a huge issue with acne as a teen.  Once i hit my 20s i started breaking out with cystoidal acne.  I did creams and masks and they didnt work, so i went onm accutane for about 8 months and my skin was clear for about a year and half til recently. For the past 9 months my skin is right back to where it was.  I really would like to find a cure once and for all. Also i did  recently go back on BC in hopes that it would help, but now 3 months and no help. What do you suggest?
