Acne and Spironolactone

I am a 30 year old female that has developed a lot of acne on the chin area and jaw line.  I was prescribed 25 mg of Spironolactone for the acne.  I read that this is an anti-androgen.  I also have scalp seborrheic dermatitis and diffuse hair loss.  All this started about 10 months ago.  I do not know what kind of hair loss I have but I don't think it's hormone related because my hormone levels tested normal.  I am wondering if this pill is going to mess up my hormones and increase my hair loss?  I want to go up in dosage but don't want to lose hair.  I know that this is prescribed for androgenic alopecia as well but I don't want it to have the opposite effect and cause hair loss!  Is it a possibility that it will mess up my hormones and cause hair loss since my hormones are fine?  Thanks!
