Acne back after 11 months post accutane. Need help

So Its been 11 months since my last course, of 30 mgs a day / 7 months.
I had very moderate acne as it was, but it bothered me alot. For the past  2 weeks the acne has been coming back. Its not as bad as it was before my last course, but its deff there.
Bothers me, and i dont know if its worth it to take accutane again.
I had tried antibiotics before, but nothing else really worked. Is there any other solution , other than accutane??
Even if i did have to take accutane, would i have to go on a realy low dose since my case is pretty mild?
Thanks in advance:)

Hi. 20% of Accutane patients (including me) have to take a second or third course.
The standard starting dose is 0.5mg x patients bodyweight in kg per day. This may be increased after about 4 weeks if the acne is not responding, or if the acne is severe.
A lower dose than this will result in a longer therapy time and a higher risk of relapse.
There are many oral antibiotics which may help acne including Erythromycin, Lymecycline and Oxytetracycline. Topical antibiotics such as clindamycin may also help.
If your dermatologist doesn't feel you warrant more oral Isotretinoin at this time, he may prescribe a topical retinoid-like medicine such Differin or Retin-A.
Eloise.

Yeah i guess i was one of the unlucky ones.
Thing is my acne is deff back, it bothers me alot
Its just not VERY bad *taps wood* and he thinks i shudnt be on tane.
Antibiotics didnt work for me  before, but i only tryed minocyclin and doxycylin, something like that. But back then my acne was severe
Maybe it should work this time??
But then again, antibiotics will temporarily get rid of the acne only  , no?
