Acne cysts on nose?????????

Here is my probelm, since I was 13 years old I've had acne cysts deeply embedded on my nose, which I know you're not supposed to pop, but at that time me nor my family had any idea what acne cycst were.  Since then my nose has imflamatory out breaks, turning red or purple, and even look like it's glowing.  It also looks swollen a lot.  I only have this problem on my nose.  My face and body is completely clear.  I've seen several dermatolgists, all of which I've stayed with for at the very least a year.  They all took the same steps, prescribing a topical lotion, like retin A, and an antibiotic, like Tetracycline or Doxycycline, which really didn't work at all.  Some suggested Accutane while other didn't.  The only thing that did work was a Coritizon injection.  Coritzon completely cleared my nose, but only for a week or so.

I think it is important to note that I only have the same cysts- never leaving my nose, most of the time they are only visable when I wrinkle my nose.  I have several small ones on the bridge and side, and one larger one deeply embedden in my skin on the bottom side of the tip.  Actually when I wrinkle my nose the entire tip looks like a red blotch.

I'm 23 years old now, and my condition definitley improved.  I've far less inflamatory outbreaks.  However the cyst (same ones) are still there, mostly only visable when I wrinkle my nose.  However some things that trigger my outbreaks is when I eat Apples or Oranges, so I stay clear of all fruit.  Strangely, when I don't have a drink for a couple weeks, that too can cause an outbreak (which is weird since this condition is accredited to drinking).  Also I go tanning, which I know that you are not supposed to do, but I've had this for 10 years and it helps.

I want to completely clear up my problem.  That is my goal, and to do so as soon as possible.  I was wondering if there is any surgerical procedure that can rid this, or also I've been reading up on some laser techiniques used.  Remember I only have the same cysts, and it is only on my nose.  The rest of my face and body is completely clear.
