Acne from Hematoma?

I am 23 years old and suffered a breakout just couple of months ago. I never had a breakout before it. I would have pimples here and there rarely but never clustered and never more than 2 or 3. the kind of acne i broke out in were deep. they started out as a lump and took over months to get to a yellow head. two major things happened prior to my breakout. one was that i was beat up by a guy. he busted my face up with his fist.My face was covered with red bruises everywhere but within a week it had cleared up. the breakout started happening two weeks afterwards. another thing that was going on during that time was that i started riding bicycle to work. it was winter and i was using no skin protection. some days i would come home with my face dry and burning red from windburn but i just kept riding the bike. i did this for about a month right after my face was cleared up from getting beaten up to when i realized that the windburning could be the cause of my breakout. sorry for such a long question but simply put, i'd like to know if either one of these two factors contributed to my breakout. thank you.

i should say that the kind of acne i broke out with never came to 'yellow' head. it formed red heads instead and that took forever.
