Acne on Penis?

im a teen male and i just noticed that i have a red bump at the bottom of my penis.  It looks like a zit. I am a virgin and i have never been sexually active in anyway, except masturbation.  I do have smaller bumps where hairs are growing (i dont shave down there) but this bump is red and considerably larger.  Should I worry? will more come? should i pop it? what should I do?

PS I have gotten acne on my face sometimes larger amounts but more recently it has been going away.  

PPS I just popped it and a good deal of puss and blood came out and its not as irritating and the bump is smaller

Acne occurs on oil-rich areas of skin such as the face, chest and back. The bump on your penis is unrelated. Since you are not yet sexually active you can't have a sexually transmitted disease.
I would not advise you to pop acne spots or other skin lesions. This spreads bacteria under the skin leading to more spots, delayed healing time, secondary infection and (if done repeatedly) scarring.
For your facial acne, see your doctor for a course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline 250mg twice daily and/or a topical retinoid such as Differin (adapalene).
Do not squeeze future bumps on your penis, wash with a bland cleanser and apply Sudocrem or Zinc & Castor Oil cream.
