Acne on back of scalp, what kind does it resemble?

I've got an appointment scheduled tomorrow with my dermatologist. I'm just wondering what kind of bumps these may be?? I'm currently 25 and I've had these since I was 18. They don't itch but can become sore if I pick at them. The bumps do not pop. The bumps become dry and scaly/flaky but never go away. They always appear in the exact same spots. If I dont use any type of bump shampoo they can become inflamed more and spread. SeBex, a shampoo for types of scalp bumps has been helpful keeping it in control but the bumps still remain visible.
