Acne on chest and back

Hi there,
I am 27 male. From last 1.5 years on and off I have been suffering from acnes on my chest, stomach and lower neck. I am not sure if they are acne only...but I will see small small red patches on chest sometime they just come and go. But sometime some of them become bumps. I feel itchy a very little and that also not everyday, sometime. But my chest looks worse with it, some of this skin area has got darkened. I have itchy dandruff as well which also have been there like forever, comes and go.
On back I have been struggling with acnes too, they always become bumps and sometime I see puss also. They are different from chest. They become red and painful too. My whole back is full of the marks from it, I have been seeing them since last 8 years. Tried to keep my body clean as much possible but still not recovering of it. Please help.

Have you checked you blood? I think you should clean your blood. It may not be a bad idea.  But meanwhile if you want to clean your blood naturally here are some help........ Drink pomegranate juice... you can buy that from Middle Eastern stores ... less sugar better....... Drink or eat a lot of Blue berry or its juice.. again less sugar....DO NOT eat junk food...
