Acne on my penis?

hi im 14, and have been masturbating for about 3 years,,,i have noticed about 50-60 acne-like spots on the bottom of my penis. I have tried popping them but they dont pop and i am getting abit worried now, i cant really talk to my parents about this, i think you could imagine how awkward that will be, could anybody tell me what they are, if they go away or if i need them looked at? I'm worried because me and my girlfriend are getting close and are thinking about making our relationship abit more exciting, and i am worried that they might scare her off abit. So anything at all will be greatly appreciated, thankyou.

Hi. Acne commonly occurs on the face, chest and back and what you see in your genital area is unlikely to be acne. Don't try to pop these lesions as this will spread bacteria under the skin leading to more spots. It could also lead to a secondary infection or scarring.
If you are a virgin you can't have a sexually transmitted disease. This is a skin condition which needs evaluating by your doctor, as it may warrant prescription medication. Don't be embarrassed, doctors see things like this every day.
