Any advice would be grateful.

I have a bit of acne on my face and back but i'm not too fussed about that.

The thing thats annoying me is this one spot that won't seem to go away. It's right in the middle of my ear - really painful and pops itself whenever it wants to.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it, or at least so its not so sore?

Get benzoil peroxide 10% solution .Use it after cleansing am and pm.it should take care of the bacteria causing this.And dont play with it.
