Anyone had anything work for their acne besides Accutane?

Hello All.  I was wondering if anyone has ever had any acne treatment they thought was effective other than Accutane?  I'm in my 40s and my acne is worse then ever (it is not disfiguring, but enough to be clearly noticeable and impact my life).  I have tried benzoyl peroxide, salicyclic acid, blue light, Differin cream, birth control pills, Retin A and prescription antibiotic washes.  They all either didn't work, or worked so poorly that I couldn't really tell and weren't worth the time and fuss to continue (I gave them each a good long try).  I have the usual garden-variety acne, not cystic.

I am a fan of Accutane. It was the ONLY thing that cleared my skin. I know there are some laser treatments that can be done to heal acne but they are expensive and not covered by insurance. As far as creams, washes etc...none have ever worked for me. I took Accutane 2 times and I now use Differin everyday to maintain my skin. Perfectly clear.
