BAD ACNE

Hi,
I'm 22 years old and I've had trouble with acne since a very young age. I've tried EVERYTHING. It stresses me out more seeing that my skin is in this condition because your face is the first thing people see when they meet you. I was on accutane for a period of time two years ago and then after the accutane I was put on another prescription of another drug but still my acne is back. Right now its the worst it has been in the last 3 years. What can I try to help get beautiful bump free skin? I keep trying to many things to get it right but I'm continuously self conscious about it. Help!!

If you have cystic acne, the best solution is to get dermabrasion. Nothing I ever took helped me (in fact everything made it worse). But dermabrasion will remove the scars if you have any. After ten years you can have it done again. I found that any stimulation (sun on my face, facials, astringents, anticeptics, cold water, hot water, soap) was disastrous. I rinse my face with lukewarm water and gently pat it dry.
