Although you will suffer breakouts at the start of pregnancy, because acne is hormonal your skin will get better as your pregnancy progresses and will probably be glowing in a few weeks. Companies will not say their products are safe for use in pregnancy in case they get sued. Small amounts of topical products are absorbed into the body and it is not known if these affect the baby. My son was born with birth defects-not due to acne treatments-but i would advise you not to take any risks during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Good luck love loiloi x
