Big brown pores on my nose that never stop filling up with puss posible rosacea

i have hundreads of little brown pores on my nose that constantly refill up with puss. I pop them every couple of weeks and they just refill them selves no matter what. Ive had these for about 4-5 years and ive been going through the same routine ever sense. If i dont pop them they become red bumps or small whiteheads or the puss just overflows and starts coming out of the brown pores. I also have these pores around my lips and around my nose near my upper cheaks near my eyes. What are the chance's pf this being Rosacea?.

The little brown pores look exzacly like the pores on this persons nose in this picture except not nealry is red. I think they dont get red like this on my nose because i pop them all every couple of weeks with my finger nails and ive become sort of aa pro at iit.

If it is rosacea will it spread as i get older or will it start to go away?

Use the end of a small paperclip to extract the blackheads on your nose.  That will be better than using your fingers.
