Black lesions on body

In january i went to the doctor and was diagnosed with scleritis which they had thought was an auto immune disorder caused my lupus or wegeners etc.  then in june i was diagnosed with molloscum contagosum due to the unprotected sexual intercourse.  but i have been getting these black lesions the size of a pen cap on my arms and legs.  a new one pops up every 2 weeks or so.  they do not itch but are painful to the touch.  i am not sure if it is just an allergic reaction to mosquito bites or if i really do have lupus.....i am freaking out right now bc i dont know why i keep getting these lesions....
