Bumpy Arms

I am 13 years old and I have had acne/pimples/spots on my forarms for quite some time now and I am embarassed to show them in public and in school because they look dreadful. I also have a few on the bottom part of my arms (above the wrist). I have searched for treatments but have not found any ones that work yet. Could you please help me!!

Hi there, I'm 17 and I'm having a problem with arm bumps too but mine are quite different. They are only on my upper left arm, not my right. They look a lot like small whiteheads, and are quite soft. I just got them a few days ago and didn't know if this is a form of acne?

PS- HMareeO, that sounds/looks a lot like keratosis pilaris...but I'm not an expert or anything...

Same with me, im 15 but i had it since i was little, it makes me feel bad for wearing sleeveless tops, and i squeeze it, so it is making really bad scars. i've been to the doctors and they gave me tablets, but my mum won't let me take them, she says she saw on news that there was acne tablets that patients was given, and they died from it. is there any other ways to get rid of them

hey guys im 14 and i have the same problem... ive been to the doctor and they told me to use this lotion called AmLactin... you can buy them at walgreens or cvs (i live in georgia but i think they have those stores in other states).. You need to be consistent when using this because it helps alot (and yes lindseee it is called Keratosis Pilaris)
