Can you help?

I'm having a problem with acne. I just found out I was pregnant. So I'm not sure what to do now. I don't want to use anything that might complicate anything with the pregnancy. Any ideas of what I can do besides washing my face? Anything I can do at home?

The good news is that whilst you may get acne at the beginning of pregnancy, it will get better in the second and third trimester and you'll have lovely clear skin as acne is hormonal. if it returns after the birth you may not be able to use some acne treatments if you are breast-feeding so check first.
