Clindoxyl AND Alpha Hydrox?

I use clindoxyl gel (clindacymin and benzoyl peroxide combo) to prevent acne and it has been working for me.

BUT recently i added an alpha hydrox acid oil free moistuizer to my regimn to remove acne marks, and eventhough it removes the marks quicker than if they were left alone, it causes me to breakout.

I wonder if this is the intial breakout and if i should continue the AHA for another month, to see full effects, or should i just stop it?

I dont have sensitive skin, just veryyyyy oily skin.

Hi,

Alpha hydroxy acid is very sensitive to skin and produce irritation of skin. Avoid sun light or apply sun cream while going out. Continue for few days and still  irritation or infection is there then stop applying.
