Clogged Pores/Hard Zits on Testicles

I'm 20 years old and not a virgin. Since I was 15 I have had a small amount of pimples on my testicles. Some of them are easy to pop and get the puss out of, while others are a little bit harder feeling (almost like there's a small pebble underneath the skin). Anyways they seem to come and go, but I was wondering if there was a way to eliminate this problem or get them to go away faster. Often the harder ones, after getting some puss out, just kinda of stick around and don't go away for a while. Some of my bumps I've had for more than a year. As of right now I only have three, and they all seem to be on the topmost skin of my sack and also on the side. I also do have a tendency to sweat a lot in my pubic area, so that might be a problem as well. I know it's not sexually transmitted, because I've had them since before I first had sex. Is there any solution to my problem?

Chances are those are not pimples... they are boils.  You shouldn't pop them either way, my friend told me he popped his now he has a permanent scar there.

You can talk to your doctor, they are pretty harmless though.  

They are just like acne in the sense that they are oversize sebaceous glands.  

Don't worry so much about it.  Many men have them... I have small ones there on my scrotum all my life ( or since I can remember... maybe puberty), the Doctor just says they are simple my sebaceous glands and are also with a hair follicle.
