Clubbing Nails

My nails are clubbing nails now...i just turned 23 story is...i started a job at walmart in may 2010 after a month i started having chest pain...went to see my family doc she says it's nothing having it kause i'm lifting heavy stuff at work so she put me to a machine no idea whats it's called said my heart seems fine...october i'm not working no more but found out i'm pregnant...then 2011 started noticing my fingers and toe nails starting to look weird...had my 3rd son in july 2011 went back to see my family doctor this time it's a guy he says it's nothing sent me to get exray and chest and hands...and blood test says it's nothing...still nothings changing worse everytime...no pain YET...but keeps on clubbing...went back again for the 3rd time say the lady again...and she says it's nothing but i know it's something...thats why my fingers and toes are like this...what do i do next seems like my doctor isn't really doing what there suppose to be doing...making me stress more everytime i go see them...and i get the same answer...seems like they don't even care...that day seems to me she was in a rush to go to lunch because she had gone to change her clothes...got me annoyed and kinda ****...feels like i was being rushed...out...only...please help do ideas who to go see besides a family doctor..??..:(...makes me sad...
